Returns & exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 5 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

 

I don’t accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

 

Returns and exchange details

I have yet to have anything be received damaged in the mail–my years of being the shipping person in an art and craft gallery have left me very fastidious–but sizing can sometimes be tricky. Please ask if you are unsure of measurements and how that all works. I will take back regular shop items two weeks after you receive them. I generally don’t take back custom orders. There is a 10% restocking fee and I don’t reimburse any shipping fees. That said, as of May 2015 I have yet to have an item returned 😉 .
