WHAT TO EXPECT
Rendezvous at Ouarzazate.
Fly into the Moroccan city of your choice and transfer to Ouarzazate airport
(this is not included in the retreat price).
to The Riad.
Be picked-up from Ouarzazate airport by your hosts and head to the riad for a meet and greet dinner with your fellow retreaters.
The beautiful, traditional riad is exclusively for our retreat use, including the swimming pool.
Into the Sahara Desert camp.
After breakfast, we will four-wheel drive (or you can camel ride should you prefer) into the Sahara Desert camp. The tents are luxuriously awaiting us with single or double accommodation options. Our private camp has amazingly well-equipped amenities, including electricity, hot showers, and fully functioning toilets.
Expect nightly campfires and full-service meals.

SADAQA delivery
The Bedouins of southern Morocco live a traditional lifestyle of moving camp throughout the year to feed their livestock. Most Bedouin families’ incomes are supplemented by serving tea to tourists. This helps cover their living, educational and medical expenses. For the past two years, Bedouin families have been completely left behind in the tourist industry’s decline in Morocco and are among the hardest hit by the Covid-19 economic crisis.
A portion of your retreat fee will be donated to Moroccan Bedouins. You are welcome to give more and/or purchase their handiwork if you can, but there will be absolutely no pressure put on you to do so at the time of our tea party.
